Q: Can I change my username?

A: PowerBach does not currently support a change of teacher username. If you have a special circumstance where you need to have your username changed please contact us at support@powerbach.com



Q: Can I change my password?

A: Yes, you can change your password at any time. In the teacher section, go to "Edit Teacher Profile" and there is an area where you can change your password.



Q: Can I change the name of my studio?

A: Yes. In the teacher section select "Studio Info" and a section will appear that allows you to change the studio name and location.



Q: Can I change the web address of my PowerBach site?

A: PowerBach does not support a change of U.R.L. (web address). If you have a special circumstance where you need to change your U.R.L. please contact us at support@powerbach.com
