About the Creator of PowerBach
Hello parents! My name is Kyle Henderson, creator of PowerBach. For over a decade I have taught music lessons to children from 6th grade to 12th both in the public school and in private lessons. When I was teaching private lessons full time I had over 55 students per week on almost every band instrument. Needless to say, I had a great deal to keep organized - scheduling, billing, assignments, goals, contact info.A few years later I started teaching myself web design and started designing an online database system for private music teachers and PowerBach was born!
PowerBach is designed to keep the parents and students in touch with your child's music teacher. No more missing assignment books. No more forgetting what was assigned. Each week's assignments along with notes on your child's progess are available anywhere you can get an internet connection. Is PowerBach safe for my child to use?
Although PowerBach stores information about you and your child, it is only available to your teacher via an administrator username and password. Your information stays secure. Using your child's username and password you and your child can view lesson times, assignments, update your contact information, and contact your teacher. You cannot view any other student's information, nor can your child contact any other students or be contacted from other students through PowerBach. There are no online forums, chat rooms, or instant messages accociated with PowerBach so you and your child can feel safe using PowerBach!Questions?
